Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Digimun ("we," "us," "our") and any related services, bots, channels, and tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Nature of the Service (Educational Use Only)

Digimun provides market signals, tools, and educational content. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Information is for education and general information only. You alone are responsible for any trading decisions and results.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3) Accounts, Access & Security

• One individual per account. Account sharing, resale, or multi-user access is prohibited.
• We may require email verification or other checks to confirm the account owner.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4) Affiliate Requirement for Bot Access

To access the Digimun Pro bot, you must create a trading account via our official Quotex referral link.
Alternative: You may pay an additional non-refundable USD $2 to skip the affiliate step and still receive access. We reserve the right to verify compliance (e.g., by requesting your registered email/ID with the broker).

5) Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• All fees, subscriptions, and one-time payments are non-refundable, including partial periods.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes/chargebacks are a breach of these Terms. We may permanently ban accounts that initiate bad-faith disputes and share relevant records with payment processors to contest such disputes.
• Pricing and features may change at any time; changes will apply on renewal or new purchases.

6) Risk Disclosure & No Performance Guarantees

• Binary/derivatives trading is high-risk and can result in loss of capital.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee accuracy, profits, or outcomes.
• Market conditions, latency, platform outages, and data issues may impact signals or execution quality.

7) User Responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and for educational purposes only.
• Do not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, resell, or make derivative works of our content, signals, or tools.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation, manipulate data, conduct fraud, or harass others.
• Comply with your local laws and your broker/platform’s terms.

8) Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing paid content/signals outside your account or public reposting.
• Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, or referral requirements.
• Reverse engineering, automating unauthorized scraping, or overloading our systems.
• Impersonation, spam, scams, or any unlawful conduct.

9) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, signals, and tools are owned by Digimun or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except for personal, educational, non-commercial use within your account.

10) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, channels, or bots) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, third-party outages (e.g., broker apps), or force majeure events.

11) Third-Party Services

We may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Quotex, Telegram). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions, outages, or data handling.

12) Communications & Notifications

By using the Service, you consent to receive messages (e.g., Telegram, email) for account, access, updates, and service notices. You can adjust non-essential notifications per the platform’s settings where available.

13) Privacy

We process limited personal data to operate the Service (e.g., account verification, access control, fraud prevention). See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Digimun will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digimun and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or chargebacks. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and you must stop using or distributing any Digimun content.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Check the “Last updated” date for the latest version.

18) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, for any disputes, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

19) Severability, No Waiver & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digimun regarding the Service.

20) DIGIMAXX Signals Modality; No Sale of Charts/OTC Software/OTC Data

The DIGIMAXX module operates strictly as a signals-based facility. Outputs may comprise directional indications (e.g., up/down) and related metadata intended for observational and educational interpretation. For the avoidance of doubt, DIGIMAXX does not constitute delivery of, or entitlement to, any executable trading system, automated decision engine, or deployable indicator package.

We do not sell, license, transfer, or otherwise furnish any OTC software, proprietary charting templates, code repositories, data feeds, or signal-generation algorithms—whether in whole or in part. Any graphical representations, “charts,” screenshots, mock-ups, or similar visual artefacts disseminated via TikTok or other social-media outlets are demonstrative illustrations only, furnished to exemplify the theoretical behaviour or possible accuracy envelope of an educational signal under idealised conditions. Such materials are non-functional, non-operational, and non-downloadable; they are not an offer of the underlying tooling and do not form part of the Service deliverables.

Access to DIGIMAXX confers a limited, revocable permission to view signals within your account for personal, educational, non-commercial use. It creates no rights—express or implied—to obtain, reverse engineer, reproduce, or derive any source artefacts. We disclaim any duty to provide software, indicators, OTC market integrations, chart packages, or implementation assistance beyond the signals-only modality described herein.
